We founded Dulce Corazones with one goal in mind: giving customers the best shopping experience we possibly can. To do so, we’ve designed the store policies to make sure clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they purchase from Dulce Corazones. Shipping: Processing time is about 1-2 weeks depending on order volume. A confirmation email will be sent upon purchase. Please understand 1-2 weeks is an estimate. The shipping time is 1-3 days.

Return and Refund: We ONLY accept cancellations if not yet shipped out. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges due to all products being personalized. If an item is damaged on its way to you feel free to let us know and we will offer a compensation however if you feel the offer is not fair there is nothing that can be done.
